What is included in my booking fee?
Rental fee includes a dedicated, on-site concierge, use of tables & chairs; use of our A/V technology system; cleaning prior to and after the event.
Will you hold my date?
We do not hold dates and reservations are made with 100% upfront payment when booking the event.
Can I use my own vendors?
To maintain our standard for all guests, we only allow our vendors, which include, catering, bartending, photography and videography vendors.
May I bring in my own food or alcohol?
All food and alcohol should be arranged through, provided by and served through one of our licensed and insured vendors.
Is smoking allowed at the facility?
Smoking is not allowed inside. Guests are welcome to smoke outside the building, if at least 30 feet away from the entry doors.
Do you have more than one event at a time?
Never, when you book The Royal Room, it is all yours!
What happens if I need to cancel my event?
Requests for changes and cancellations require at least thirty (30) days notice. If notice is given within 30 days, the amount you paid will be applied to a new date/time/room requested, and a $150.00 change fee will be assessed. Changes requested less than thirty (30) days prior to the booking date are considered a late cancellation, and the full price must be paid with no refund.
Where is parking located?
Directly behind the Royal Room is a large parking lot and more additional parking is to the right of the building. Parking in front of the building on the street is not allowed.
