Tables & Chairs are Included:
The staff at the Royal Room, has been to our fair share of business meetings, if we are being real, more than our fair share of meetings. For that reason, we put a ton of research into the best chairs that we can provide that won't leave you stiff and sore at the end of the day.
Set up and tear down are Included:
When you invite people into your office for a meeting, you don't ask them to set up the space before you can start your time together. At The Royal Room we don't do that either. Before your event, we discuss the different floor plans that will serve you and your group best. When you walk in, that is what you will see. Don't worry about clean up either, we'll handle that. We only ask that anything you bring in, you take it out with you.
In-House AV is Included:
Our AV setup with designed with businesses in mind. Leave your HDMI cable at the office. We have it all waiting for you. With two 85 inch TVs sharing your presentation is a breeze. Need a microphone? That's fine too we have two handheld mics, don't want to hold a mic? That's fine we have lavalier mics too.
Dedicated On-Site Concierge is Included:
At the Royal Room, we want to make sure that your event is as seamless as prossible. We've learned that part of that equation is making sure someone is avaliable to help you with anything that you may need. Don't worry, we won't be in your way, just around if you need us.

What is included in my booking fee?
Rental fee includes a dedicated, on-site concierge, use of tables & chairs; use of our A/V technology system; cleaning prior to and after the event.
Will you hold my date?
We do not hold dates and reservations are made with 50% payment when booking the event.
May I bring in my own food or alcohol?
The Royal Room highly recommends choosing our caterers for your event. We vouch for their exceptional quality and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and delicious dining experience.
While we understand that our catering partners may not suit everyone's needs, we accommodate external food options with an outside vendor fee, offering flexibility for your preferences.
Please note, for alcoholic beverages, Kentucky liquor laws mandate that they must be supplied and served by a licensed bartender, ensuring both safety and compliance at your event.
Is smoking allowed at the facility?
Smoking is not allowed inside. Guests are welcome to smoke outside the building, if at least 30 feet away from the entry doors.
Do you have more than one event at a time?
Never, when you book The Royal Room, it is all yours!
What happens if I need to cancel my event?
Requests for changes and cancellations require at least thirty (30) days notice. If notice is given within 30 days, the amount you paid will be applied to a new date/time/room requested, and a $150.00 change fee will be assessed. Changes requested less than thirty (30) days prior to the booking date are considered a late cancellation, and the full price must be paid with no refund.
Where is parking located?
Directly behind the Royal Room is a large parking lot and more additional parking is to the right of the building. Parking in front of the building on the street is not allowed.
