We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and help expand the reach of our venue along with launching several other brands. If you equally love strategy and conversion across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube , this role might be for you.

What You’ll Need
3+ years of paid media experience
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Demonstrated capabilities to handle tight deadlines, shifting priorities and the ability to find creative solutions.
Outstanding verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team and have the drive to bring our vision to completion.
Proven success in a fast-paced environment (no, really speed is key!)
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Experience with YouTube and TikTok is a plus
What You’ll Do
Develops and manage campaign timelines, communicating deadlines and working with other team members
Implements best practices on reporting and tracking to ensure we learn as we test
Campaign Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive online media strategies that align with company objectives and target audience.
Manages all aspects of paid ads, from planning and development to execution
Campaign Execution: Implement and manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance and effectiveness of the campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budgets for each campaign, ensuring that the spending is optimized and within allocated budgets.
Continuous Optimization: Regularly assess campaign results to identify areas for improvement, testing new strategies and tactics for enhancing campaign performance.
Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest online media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns.
